We require a non refundable 30% deposit to establish your lay-by.
All lay-by's are strictly 6 weeks.
If you cancel your Lay-by, or fail to collect Lay-bys by the due date we will cancel your lay-by and provide a credit for amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is a forfeit of your 30% non refundable deposit.
If the very rare instance where you are not satisfied with your products and need to return your lay-by, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your lay-by. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a authorised returns number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any refund amount will be less the less the 30% non refundable deposit and freight.
